Thomas Golding's woodworking career began at the age of 17 at the Naval Shipyard in San Francisco where he apprenticed as a boat builder. A master woodcarver and nationally recognized woodworker, Tom has specialized for the last 20 years in designing, building, and handcarving commissioned pieces. Combining fine woodworking with traditional European woodcarving, Tom creates all types of heirloom quality furniture, decorative accessories, and architectural elements. The scope and versatility of his work is immense. From elaborately carved ceiling beams, rose windows and doors, to delicately carved clocks, Tom's pieces display the finest hand craftsmanship and artistic design. |

| His
work has been featured in Taunton Press's "Home Furniture",
in Better Homes and Gardens' "WOOD" magazine (April 2001),
and he has exhibited at the Philadelphia Furniture and Furnishings
